Pondering 3D Animation 2020 | 3rd Semester
As the Vision Keeper (director/producer) of this animated short created by the team of Hoa Hoang, Victor Keidl and Verena Ohm I took part in a feature complete production. I was responsible for Story, Character Modeling, Texturing, Rigging (mixture of Advanced Skeleton and dynamic hair rig), Shading and partly Lighting and Rendering. As our first group project, it was carried out remotely with daily standups, task tracking and no access to render farms. With 30 shots and a production time of 4 months, a lot was learned regarding production management and "killing one's darlings".
